Do my clients need to create an account?
No. Only the session link and the credentials (username and password) you generate.
What format do they see?
Optimized WebP previews with watermark. High quality, low weight. Originals stay private in your account.
Can they download the photos?
In selection/proofing mode we do not deliver originals or clean downloads. Multi-layer anti-download and watermark apply. Screenshots cannot be fully eliminated on the web.
What happens when favorites are confirmed?
The selection is recorded in your panel for that session. Export the list and work from what was confirmed.
Can I limit how many photos they choose?
Yes (Pro+). Set a maximum favorites count per session.
Is there a mobile app?
The gallery is a responsive web app. Nothing to install for the client or you in the MVP.
Which languages are supported?
Native Spanish and English in marketing and product. More languages later.
Where are photos hosted?
Private object storage (Cloudflare R2) + Vercel app + Neon database. Access controlled by authentication.
Can I remove GoGallery branding?
Yes, from the Pro plan.
Do you offer a print store or contracts?
Not in the MVP. We focus on excellent selection. Print and CRM may come later.
