How do I create my first gallery?
Create a session, add the job name, upload the photos, and set how many your client can choose. When it is ready, share the private link.
What does my client receive?
A private gallery on their phone or computer. Selection lets them choose and confirm favorites; published delivery lets them download final files.
Does my client need to create an account?
No. They enter with the link and access details you send. There is no app to install and no new system to learn.
How do clients choose their favorites?
They tap the heart on every photo they want. A counter tracks their choices and, when finished, they confirm one final selection.
What do I receive after confirmation?
The selection is saved in your dashboard. You see exactly which photos to edit or deliver without reviewing messages or screenshots.
Can I limit how many photos they choose?
Yes. Set a maximum per session so the selection matches the package your client purchased.
Can I reopen a selection?
Yes. If your client needs to make a change, reopen the session and close it again when they confirm.
How are my photos protected?
During selection, clients only see previews and cannot download originals. After you publish final delivery, they can download the exact uploaded file individually or in an uncompressed ZIP. You can also create direct delivery without selection.
Where are photos hosted?
Protected private cloud storage. Access is controlled through authentication.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. The client experience is designed for comfortable choosing and confirming from any phone, with nothing to install.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No commitment. Your gallery stays active until the end of the paid period, and you can come back whenever you want.
Is the $1 a real charge?
Yes, it is a one-time $1 charge that verifies your card and activates 3 days of your selected plan. The plan subscription continues after that; cancel anytime.
What happens to my photos if I cancel?
Your photos remain yours. You will have a grace period to download them before they are removed from the platform.
Is there a photo limit per gallery?
No photo or session count limits: the limit is your plan's storage and daily transfer (Starter: 50 GB and 2 GB/day; Pro: 150 GB and 10 GB/day).
